I've used Jack twice now, and he's been exactly what I needed. First, my sister's new car was hit lightly in a parking lot, he was able to get the defects polished out and had her back out on the road quickly. As for myself, I meticulously maintain my car inside and out, but due to some changes at work I didn't have time to get everything cleaned up after a snowboarding trip to Vermont. He showed up on time, and had the car cleaned and protected just in time for the next batch of snow and road debris. After driving nearly 100 miles in the snow that same day, the following morning my car's finish was still looking great. The newly added paint protection allowed the dirt and road grime to fall right off once it rained. He'll be my go-to whenever I don't have time to take care of things on my own.
